Over the past few weeks I’ve been spending about 15 mins a day on my mobility using an app called GoWOD – and guess what? It works!

I thought I’d better practice what I preach and do some mobility and here’s the thing, it’s actually improved my mobility – Overhead barbell movements like presses, jerks and snatches feel amazing!
